Description of General Services
Two Levels of Service from which to Choose
* A Stress-Free Wedding Weekend - $600
* A Stress-Free Wedding Weekend Plus – Starting at $750
These prices are based on weddings within a 50-mile radius of Waco. Additional charges will be added for travel time and accommodations, as needed.
Both levels of service include:
• Initial consultation session to get you started and a session near the date of the wedding
• Referrals to local venues, suppliers, and musicians
• Assistance with structure/schedule for ceremony and reception timelines
• Rehearsal direction or assistance
• Wedding day direction for ceremony and reception (6-8 hours)
• Access to the resources area of this website
Plus Service includes regular consulting sessions from engagement to wedding weekend to check your progress and keep you on-track, assistance with vendor contacts nearer the wedding weekend, and specialized services as meets your needs.
Services Available at Additional Charges
• Specialized maps for invitations, special events, or an all-event map for a wedding weekend
• Menu cards, table assignments (lists, table number cards, place cards)
• An additional consultant can be provided for more personalized service the day of the wedding, to oversee reception set-up or work with the bride and her party.
Prices effective 08.20.08 and are subject to change.
Once an agreement is signed, no price increase will go into effect, except as additional services are added.
